Our services are available in the following municipalities: Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville, Saint-Lambert, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, and surrounding areas, subject to availability.
All estimates provided by Terrasse MTL are free of charge and non-binding. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised based on material and labour costs.
Estimates are based on information provided by the client. Any changes to the project scope after quote approval may result in additional charges.
The contract is formally accepted upon signing the quote and remitting a deposit as specified in the estimate. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels after planning or material procurement has begun.
The contract balance is due according to the schedule outlined in the estimate. Final payment is due upon project completion. Overdue payments may be subject to interest charges of 2% per month. We accept e-transfers and certified cheques.
Completion timelines are provided as estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material supply delays, or circumstances beyond Terrasse MTL's control. We commit to notifying clients of any significant delay as soon as possible.
Any changes to the original project requested after contract signing must be approved in writing by both parties and will be covered by a written amendment specifying additional costs and timelines.
Terrasse MTL provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, inadequate maintenance, extreme weather, or third-party interventions.
Materials are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties. Terrasse MTL will assist with any manufacturer warranty claims.
Terrasse MTL's liability is limited to the amount of the contract. Terrasse MTL shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec. The courts of Quebec shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
